Scott Bitner has worked at UMB since 2012 and has more than 30 years of financial leadership experience. His responsibilities include Sponsored Projects Accounting and Compliance (SPAC); Budget and Financial Analysis (BFA); Central Administrative Support Services (CASS); Office of the Controller (OOTC); Business Applications (BA); Change Management and Advisory Services (CMAS); Strategic Sourcing and Acquisition Services (SSAS); Parking and Transportation Services (PTS); and the Donaldson Brown Riverfront Event Center.
