Malika Monger is responsible for directing the University’s overall strategic and operational human resources (HR) functions, including Organizational and Employee Development, Employee and Labor Relations, Compensation, Benefits and Well-Being, and Recruitment and Hiring, while also ensuring compliance with UMB staff HR policies. She is skilled in organizational change imperatives, HR transformation, and delivering strategic value and measurable outcomes to continuously improve the human resources functions and services. She holds a BA and master’s in public administration and is a certified professional in human resources.
