Nicole Palmore serves as Executive Director of Employee and Organizational Success. She previously served in a similar role at the University of Maryland School of Nursing and worked for four years as a senior organization and employee development consultant with UMB Human Resource Services. Nicole joined UMB in 2016 and holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Georgetown University, a Master of Social Work degree from UMB, a master’s certificate in instructional design, and a second master’s certificate in intercultural leadership from UMB. She is completing her doctorate in higher education leadership at Frostburg State University.
