With $2.4M Grant, UMSON, Partners to Address West Baltimore Heart Health

The School of Nursing’s Yolanda Ogbolu, PhD, NNP, FNAP, FAAN Dean of School of Nursing; chair, Department of Partnerships, Professional Education, and Practice; and co-director, Center for Health Equity and Outcomes Research (pictured above), has been awarded a $2.4 million Pathways to Health Equity grant by the Maryland Community Health Resources Commission for a project that will address disparities in hypertension and social isolation in West Baltimore.
