The Alumni Speaker Series features one or two speakers each year.

Past speakers include Monica Lewinsky, an advocate for victims of internet shaming and cyberbullying; David Simon, writer and producer of the award-winning TV series The Wire and Homicide: Life on the Street; and Michele Norris, award-winning journalist and founder of The Race Card Project.

Interesting recent alumni events include our virtual cooking classes, an exclusive virtual appearance and conversation with actor-comedian Ken Jeong, MD, and a conversation with Baltimore filmmaker, author, and actor John Waters.
