The IT Help Desk working group is comprised of technical individuals from across campus.
The goal of this group is to arrive at recommended approaches and solutions that would enhance services and operations campus-wide, such that there would be a coordinated, collective, and common approach across school, department, and campus help desk operations that would improve the help desk user experience.
