CITS offers support for the following student applications:
UMB Office 365 and Application Access
One year after the end of your last registered semester, your UMB Office 365 licensing will be terminated. If you are a graduate of UMB, your student account will be assigned a new Office 365 license that is limited to email, calendar, contacts, and tasks. Your access to all other UMB Office 365 applications including OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint, Skype, etc. will be removed. Data you have stored in any of the Office 365 applications will be permanently deleted when the change occurs.
An email with your UMB Office 365 access change date will be sent thirty (30) days prior to making the change. Please back up any data you have stored in any of the UMB Office 365 applications you wish to keep prior to the access change.
Students with access to Google Apps will retain access after separation to Google Apps services.
