New Guest Travel Process - Online Travel Workshop at 10:00 a.m.

The Office of the Comptroller (OOTC) is excited to announce new Guest travel procedures in Concur that apply to students, affiliates, and non-employees. This change will simplify the current process by eliminating the need for non-employee profile setups in Concur, which should shorten the process by an average of four business days.
The new process for guest booking will closely resemble the existing Concur travel request process under agent assist. This change will be in effect as of February 1, 2025.
