PCard Account Maintenance Forms Available via DocuSign
As of March 1, the UMB PCard Administration has streamlined three new automated Account Maintenance Forms that are now available through DocuSign:
- PCard Account Maintenance Form - Expense and Limits
- PCard Account Maintenance Form - Authorized Reviewer
- PCard Account Maintenance Form - Cancel Card, Update Account, Manage Delegate
These forms are designed to update account information such as email addresses, credit limits, and Authorized Reviewer assignments. Forms will automatically route for approval based on the nature of the request.
DocuSign has replaced the previous PDF-formatted forms, which will no longer be accepted.
