New Travel Management Company

As of December 6, UMB travelers now use Collegiate Travel Planners (CTP) as the travel management company, replacing Travel Leaders Corporate (TLC). CTP specializes in higher education travel, providing an improved level of customer service and overall travel experience. Please note, travel is still booked through Concur.

UMB is switching travel management companies from Travels Leaders Corporate (TLC) to Collegiate Travel Planners (CTP), going live with this change on December 6. Since CTP specializes in higher education travel, we expect to receive better customer service than what travelers have experienced with our current company.

See articles in The Elm for links to training sessions that will be held on Friday, December 6 from 10-11:30 a.m. and Wednesday, December 11 from 1-2:30 p.m.

What to expect during the transition to CTP

During the transition period of December 2 – 5, Concur online booking and profile changes will be temporarily unavailable. For urgent travel needs, contact TLC directly at 800-333-2115. Booking travel for later in 2025 would best be handled after the switch on December 6.
