Deaf Addiction Services at Maryland Department of Psychiatry, Public Safety offers the deaf community a tool to contact the police using their face-2-face app on their phone (apps such as P3 Mobile, ntouch, Convo) to contact an Interpreter to then contact 410-706-3333 which is UP Public Safety emergency line.
