The goal of the University of Maryland, Baltimore’s Hazardous Waste Management division is to ensure that hazardous waste generated on campus is handled and disposed of in accordance with federal, state, and regulatory body guidelines.
Use the forms below to request EHS pickup of chemical, radioactive, and special medical waste. Once you have filled out the form and submitted it, please print out a copy, sign the bottom, and tape it to or near the waste to be removed.
If you would like to request additional waste containers or biohazard boxes/liners, use any of the forms, input your lab information so we can locate you, and use the bottom area to put in any of these requests. Use the comments box if needed.
