The Elm Rooms on the second floor combine to provide over 4,000+ square feet of space. The Elm Rooms can be broken down into Elm Room A (208) and Elm Room B (210). The adjacent Pre-Function Lounge is included with any connecting Elm Room reservation. Clients may use this space for receptions, poster sessions, vendors, etc.

Elm Rooms A & B (208 & 210) Capacities:

• Theater: 400
• Classroom: 238
• Banquet: 224
• Fair: 48

Elm Rooms A & B (208 & 210) A/V Capabilities

• Four 52” Plasma TVs mounted to the wall
• One projector and two drop down screens for presentations
• Two Smart Podiums; each with a PC, personal laptop connection, lighting control
• Additional A/V options include: wireless microphones, lavalieres, and laser pointer/slide advancer

  • Elm Room A (208) A/V Capabilities: 

    • Four 65” LED TVs mounted to the wall
    • One video wall consiting of (9) 55" LCD TV panels
    • One Smart Podium; each with a PC and personal laptop connection
    • Additional A/V options include: wireless microphones, lavalieres, and laser pointer/slide advancer

  • Elm Room B (210) A/V Capabilities: 

    • Two 65” Plasma TVs mounted to the wall
    • One 1080p laser projector and one drop down screen for presentations
    • One Smart Podium; each with a PC and personal laptop connection
    • Additional A/V options include: wireless microphones, lavalieres, and laser pointer/
    slide advancer
