UM School of Nursing Names New Director of Office of Global Health
Elias Snyder, MS, FNP-CM ACHPN, was named Clinical Instructor and Director of the Office of Global Health in the UM School of Nursing's Department of Partnerships, Professional Education, and Practice.
Elias has spent the majority of the last decade living in East Africa, working on health equity, capacity building, advancing clinical care, and program development. He is currently writing his PhD dissertation, which brings traditional end-of-life practices from around the world into conversation with evidence-based Western palliative care through a lens of decolonization.
