The Maryland Journal of International Law and the International Law Society's 2023 MJIL and ILS Symposium: Economic Statecraft in a Multipolar World November 3.
The symposium will focus on the use of economic statecraft as an influence in international law, both as to the foundation for international structures like the World Trade Organization or as a means for guiding tensions between countries like the United States and China, as well as the conflict in Russia and Ukraine.
The symposium features a keynote lecture from Matt Ferchen, PhD, MA, from Yale Law School and three panel discussions.
