• Close to campus: Live within three blocks of all academic buildings and UMMC. All residents are eligible for membership to URecFit and Wellness, UMB's on-campus recreational facility.

• Financial deferments: No late fees if paying with financial aid; payment may be made when UMB disburses your refund.
• Security: Security features include a 24/7 housing office, video-camera surveillance, a gated community at Fayette Square, and UMB police and security patrols
• Efficient maintenance: On-site staff responds quickly to maintenance needs. Emergency maintenance is available 24/7.
• Utilities included: Rental costs include all basic utilities (water, sewer, electricity, heat & air conditioning, cable, WiFi)
• Priority parking: UMB housing residents may register for parking in the Lexington Street Garage, Baltimore Grand Garage, or on-site at Fayette Square. There is an additional fee for parking.

Applications are currently being accepted for immediate move-in, Spring Semester, and short-term housing, as well as for annual licenses starting in the Summer and Fall of 2023. New and returning students interested in UMB Housing must complete an online application. There is no application fee or security deposit.
