The Modified Employee Action Form and the Employee Pre-Print can be used for transactions that cannot be processed through ePAF. The Modified Employee Action Form can be used for transactions such as rehires and terminations for payouts. These forms with the exception of rehire and termination for payout should only be used with pre-approval from Compensation or the HR Service Center.
