ICTR Resource Request link (developed in REDCap).  READ INFORMATION BELOW BEFORE CLICKING LINK!

  • UMB ICTR resources and funding are available only to Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, and Professor faculty.  You must be the PI of the Project needing resources.
  • ONLY FACULTY CAN COMPLETE THE APPLICATION. PROXY SUBMISSIONS NOT PERMITTED!
  • An ORCiD is required to apply for ICTR Resources. 
  • ICTR Resources
    • Cannot be committed in an extramural grant/funding application, e.g. NIH, Foundation, etc., though a general ICTR letter of support may be provided

    • Cannot be used to spare budgeted items awarded in a grant/contract
    • Cannot be encumbered for future use

    • Cannot be transferred to another project or researcher 

    • Cannot be used to strengthen a future ATIP grant application.

Requests are reviewed by the ICTR Navigator and forwarded to the appropriate ICTR Core(s). Applications are typically reviewed and forwarded to the appropriate Core/Program Liaison within 1 week.  The Core/Program Liaison will contact you to schedule a  consult.  

Researchers interested in the ICTR Voucher Program must complete this form first to determine if the request is eligible for a Voucher Application.

Please note, if the link does not open, it could be a firewall issue.  Although the link is housed in a campus server, schools establish their own firewall rules that may block access to the link.  Please contact your department/school's IT person.  Also, if you are connected to a VPN, this might be blocking your access.  In the meantime, you should be able to open the link via your personal computer.  So that we can assist in trouble shooting connection problems, please email the room and building location of the work computer you are using to the  ICTR-Navigator@umaryland.edu.
