The University offers the following transportation services for the safety of the campus community.
- The UMB Police Department offers a Safe Walk/Safe Ride service to students, faculty, and staff with a University ID. Call 410-706-6882 to request a Safe Walk or Safe Ride.
- The UMB shuttle transports students, faculty, and staff to the neighborhoods of Mount Vernon, Federal Hill, and Canton/Fells Point.
- The University of Maryland Medical Center offers a shuttle for hospital employees.
