Practice bent-leg sit-ups (cup your hands behind your ears while someone holds your feet) and push-ups. Do as many as possible in one minute.
Flexibility and Agility Tests
Practice stretching exercises daily:
Cardiovascular Capacity
Build your endurance by walking and jogging so that you can run 1½ miles at maximum effort.
Trigger Practice
Use a spring-hand grip at least every other day. Do at least three sets of 10 repetitions.
