The University of Maryland, Baltimore Department of Police and Public Safety is committed to creating a safe environment for those who visit, learn, and work at UMB.
It takes all of us to prevent crime in our community. Please use this form to report non-emergency incidents or crimes (theft, vandalism, lost property, aggressive behavior, unauthorized building access, pushing, etc.) as soon as possible. This information helps us to identify areas that may need additional safety resources, find and return lost property, solve crimes, and provide social services to vulnerable populations. If you have been a victim or witness of a crime or incident, help is available:
If you see something, say something!
- This form is for incidents that do not require immediate police response. If this is an emergency, call 911. If you need to talk to and/or meet with UMB Police and Public Safety immediately, call 410-706-6882.
