Change Management Workstreams
The Change Management strategy is structured into 4 workstreams with dedicated teams that work to create specific activities. All workstream activities/materials are aligned with the Quantum HCM Implementation Project Plan and focus on reaching all project stakeholders using the Prosci® Change Management Methodology.
Change Management
Training – Training is infused throughout all CM workstream activities for the project lifecycle. This team works in lock-step with cm workstreams and project leadership to create comprehensive training materials and opportunities.
Communications – The Communications workstream is responsible for crafting communication plans and materials for UMB community as well as Quantum HCM stakeholders and project team members to create appropriately times messages aligned with the ADKAR model of change. A Sponsor Roadmap will also be created to assist Sponsors in their communication efforts.
Stakeholder Engagement – Stakeholder engagement is imperative to the success of the Quantum HCM project. Through careful analysis of identified stakeholder groups, engagement activities are planned in alignment with all other CM-planned engagement activities to ensure all UMB community members impacted by the change are reached.
Readiness – Organizational and individual Go-Live readiness are assessed throughout the project through various methods include pulse check surveys, knowledge checkpoints, readiness scorecards, Sponsor communication support, and more. Readiness progress is reported out to the project leadership with migration plans identified to avoid gaps in readiness at go-live.
