Social Determinants of Health Kitchen Table Talk
On June 3, 2021, the Education Subcommittee of the SDH Taskforce hosted its first Community Conversation on the challenges of online education. The panel discussed the successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
Community Power in Baltimore
On June 23, 2022, the Social Determinants of Health (SDoH) Taskforce hosted a virtual public community engagement meeting. The meeting focused on community power in Baltimore. The invited panelists/community advocates talked of their community organization, shared their work in the communities of West Baltimore, and what others (e.g., SDoH, organizations) could do more or better to help in the communities.
