Beginning December 9, 2024, Student Financial Services has partnered with Veoci to implement a new customer service ticketing system. Any replies to emails sent to StudentAccountHelp@umaryland.edu will come from UMB Student Financial Services with an email address of NoReply@Veoci.com. Please respond directly to these email messages from the ticketing system to ensure that your inquiry is received.
