- Wednesday, Oct. 4 at noon: Let's Grow Together: an educational house plant event
- School of Nursing, Room 150
- Tuesday, Oct. 10 at noon: What's the Buzz: an educational bee event
- HSRF III, Room 7010
- Wednesday, Oct. 11 from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.: Campus Cleanup
- Meet outside HSRF III
- Tuesday, Oct. 17 from 11 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.: Recycling Center Open House
- UMB Recycling Center (663 W. Saratoga St.)
- October Specialty Recycling Collections (Campus Center and Lexington lobbies)
- Items Accepted: Books, batteries, ink/toner cartridges, electronics, plastic bags, and film
Alignment with Strategic Plan:
Education and Engagement: Create and maintain a constant communication flow with the entire campus community regarding sustainability. Communicate to the campus on a regular basis with initiatives and tips to keep sustainability a part of the UMB culture.
