    The free week begins Monday, February 17 and will go through Monday, February 24. Stop in anytime and ask our staff to assist you. No matter when you come in, the free membership will only be available through Monday, February 24. Members on payroll deduction and sponsored individuals are not eligible for membership specials.

    Drop in, dink, and dominate at Rec Day PickleMania—a 12-hour, open-play pickleball event! No registration, no commitment—just show up anytime between 9 AM and 9 PM to play, rally, and have fun. Whether you’re a seasoned pro or brand new to the game, grab a paddle and join the action.

    Have you been interested in coming to the pool, but unsure on how to start and would like to learn the basics on learning how to swim?  Drop in to the URecFit and Wellness pool between 4pm-6pm where an experienced Water Instructor will be available to provide instruction on the basics to learning how to swim.

    Please join us for a gentle and calming yoga flow emphasizing mindful body awareness. We will explore mindfulness and self-compassion during our practice followed by reflective journaling prompts surrounding increased self-compassion. Journals will be provided.
