Nicole Palmore serves as executive director of employee and organizational success. She previously served in a similar role at the University of Maryland School of Nursing and worked for four years as a senior organization and employee development consultant with UMB Human Resource Services. Nicole joined UMB in 2016 and holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Georgetown University, a Master of Social Work degree from UMB, a master’s certificate in instructional design, and a second master’s certificate in intercultural leadership from UMB. She is completing her doctorate in higher education leadership at Frostburg State University.

Monique Bucknor serves as a Program Management Specialist in the Office of Employee and Organizational Success in A&F. She has extensive experience in mental health work, social justice advocacy, business development, adult programs, and urban development. Monique has tutored incarcerated individuals through the Goucher Prison Education Partnership, helping them progress toward their bachelor's degrees. She holds multiple clinical licenses and certifications, and she has previously served as a caregiver, counselor, and youth mentor. Monique has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Stevenson University.
