Safe Ride is a UMB Police and Public Safety service that helps our community get to their destination safely. We want you to feel confident getting into the van with our Safe Ride drivers.
Our Safe Ride drivers are dedicated UMB Police and Public Safety security officers. All UMB Police and Public Safety employees undergo a background check before being hired. Using a Safe Ride on UMB's campus and in surrounding neighborhoods is safer than any rideshare - you know who you're getting in the van with!
